These terms are an agreement between you and iAdvance ("we", "us"), an online learning practice platform. By creating an account or using the service, you accept these terms. If you do not agree with them, please do not use iAdvance.

You must be at least 18 years old to create a paying account. A parent, legal guardian, or teacher may create and manage accounts for children in their care, and by doing so confirms they have the authority to accept these terms on that child's behalf.
Students under 13 must have an account created or approved by a parent, guardian, or school. See our Privacy Policy for how we handle children's information.
You are responsible for keeping your password confidential and for activity that happens under your account.
Teacher accounts are free. Teachers may create classes and assignments and view student progress at no cost.
Family plan — $9.99 per month or $79 per year, covering up to four children in one household. New accounts include a 7-day free trial. We will not charge you during the trial, and you can cancel before it ends at no cost.
Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period until cancelled. Payment is processed by Stripe; we do not receive or store your full card number.
We may change prices in the future. If we do, we will give you notice before the change takes effect on your account, and you may cancel if you do not wish to continue.
You may cancel at any time from your account's subscription page. Cancellation stops future renewals; your access continues until the end of the period you have already paid for.
Refunds. If you are unhappy with iAdvance, contact us within 14 days of a charge and we will refund that payment in full. After 14 days, monthly payments are non-refundable, but you can cancel to prevent further charges. Annual plans cancelled more than 14 days into a term are refunded on a pro-rated basis for the unused whole months remaining.
If we suspend or close your account for a reason that is not your fault, we will refund the unused portion of your subscription.
You agree not to:
Share your account with people outside your household or class; attempt to access other users' accounts or data; copy, scrape, resell, or redistribute our questions, explanations, or content; upload unlawful, harassing, or harmful material; interfere with the service's operation or security; or use the service to build a competing product.
The AI tutor is provided to help students reason through problems. Attempting to manipulate it into producing content unrelated to learning, or content inappropriate for a child, is a violation of these terms.
We may suspend or close accounts that violate this section. Where the violation is minor and unintentional, we will normally warn you first.
Answers, notes, and tutor conversations that a student creates remain theirs. You grant us permission to store and process that content in order to operate the service — for example, to calculate mastery scores and show progress to a parent or teacher.
Our questions, explanations, curriculum organisation, software, branding, and the Koa mascot are owned by us and protected by copyright and trademark law. Using the service does not transfer ownership of any of it to you.
iAdvance is a practice and supplemental learning tool. It is not a school, does not grant academic credit or accreditation, and is not a substitute for instruction from a qualified teacher. See our Disclaimer for more detail.
The AI tutor can make mistakes. Explanations should be reviewed by a parent or teacher where accuracy matters.
We work to keep iAdvance available, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features, and we perform maintenance that occasionally requires downtime. If we permanently discontinue the service, we will give paying subscribers reasonable notice and refund the unused portion of their subscription.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, iAdvance is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim arose.
Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so parts of this section may not apply to you.
You may close your account at any time. On request we will delete your account and its associated learning data, subject to any records we are required to keep for legal or accounting reasons. See the Privacy Policy for details on data deletion.
We may update these terms as the service changes. If a change materially affects your rights, we will notify account holders by email or in the app before it takes effect. Continuing to use iAdvance after that point means you accept the updated terms.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules.
